Boko Haram in Government house of Borno state

with a major breakthrough, the mighty are now even afriad as security is beefed up over arrest of Shettima’s tailor

The news of the arrest by security operatives in Maiduguri, the Borno State Capital of a middle-age man as a suspected Boko Haram member, who has been identified as Governor Kashim Shettima’s tailor has unsettled many government house residents.

The fear that the governor’s tailor and his boys may have planted some explosives in the state house was however dismissed as residents of the state house said there was no way he would have come into the state house with explosives without being arrested as all the entrances had security devises both at the governor’s office and at home.

DailyPost gathered that, the tailor who had been under security watch by the vigilante youth, popularly referred to as “Civilian JTF” was finally apprehended by a team of armed eagle eyes security officers in Maiduguri.

It was also learnt that two other boys who always accompany the governor’s tailor to sew the governor’s “Babanriga” and “Canftans” at the government house were also arrested by security forces.

According to government house source “the governor’s tailor have been under serious watch especially as we Suspects some of his workers to be members of the dreaded boko haram sect. The security operatives have since arrested him and he is currently under serious interrogation.”

DailyPost also gathered that the state First Lady, Hajia Nana Kashim Shettima’s tailor is also under serious security watch as the presence of the tailor had continued to give many sleepless nights
